Hello there!! I am feeling better most days. I am off the Vicadin and Prednesone right now. I have been taking 2 Aleve a day and my Lupus med. The D-ribose and Goji&Acaiw/Mangosteen juice seem to be helping. Praise the LORD!! I am not pain free but have awhole lot less pain! Three of my children are talking to me again and that makes for less stress and I hear that helps the pain too. I believe it!!I am hoping I can losesome weight too. Some of my meds made me gain weight. I still have to use an inhaler and that makes the face heavier. The meds sure have many side affects!!Talking to people here has helped me so much!! I have made some wonderful friends and Thank God for each of you!!!You give me something to look forward to if I am not up to leaving my home. Even if I am able to leave I check my mail first thing with my morning coffee!! I pray I am able to help others too!! I am a very wordy person as you can tell, LOL!! Thank you for being my friends!!! It was so nice to hear from you June. I have been very busy with work lately and haven't been spending much time on DS. I am so glad you sent your hug. I really appreciated it. I don't know about the swine flu shot. I think you are right that they are not given them out to older people. My daughter (nurse at a children' hospital) had to get one and she said her hospital is filled with very sick kids that are suspected cases of swine flu. Kind of scary but I am too am just trying to keep healthy. Eat right, plenty of sleep and wash those hands! Well, better head off to bed now. Hope you continue to stay well. Thanks again for the hug. I am a great grandma and I lost my husband in March of this year.My children and I are not near as close since I have done some stupid things. I cry a lot but trust in my Lord and that does help. I would love yo be your friend!! Please write me!! June (cbridges).

- I met a very nice friend thru the grief class and do better with her than going with the group.I know I did not want to live. I wanted to go be with my honey in Haeven. Now I have something to look forward to and feel useful again. I am now a moderator for my Fibro /chronic pain group. I pray for people and welcome them to our wonderful group. They have helped me soo much too!!Can we talk?? I would love to add you to my friends and prayer list!!

- I am mostly on my puter. I go out to eat with a couple of friends. I hope to go see my shrink in her church Christmas play on Dec 23. I may even go to the Christmas party for a widows /widowers club I may join. I am more of a stay at home personwhile my girlfriend is a joiner. It is what she needs since her hubbie passed.She accepts the fact that I am more comfortable at home.Pain and fatigue wise due to Fibro and Lupus and RA.

- I like my organ. I use to enjoy playing but have lost interest in it the last couple of years.

- I speak to my Lord sooo much. He is with me always!! I pray for several people every day now. I kind of quit reading my Bible for awhile but am back in his presence again. Thankyou Jesus for your patience with me!!!

- I have joined some support groups. Daily Strength,Lupus,Fibro /chronic pain and email quite a few loved ones and friends .It helps me very much and I have things to look forward to . A reason to get up each morning again.
