Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionDeveloped at age 15, diagnosed at 17, been living with it ever since. Happened as a result of moving around a lot, parents marriage disintegrating, grandma lived with depression, introverted type who sought too much solitude and didn't have enough supports.

- Getting out the most intensive negative thoughts, articulating emotions, person growth, self-awareness of past life events, writing fiction

- Certainly the most effective medication Ive been on and probably the most effective treatment Ive ever used. Reduces negative thinking better concentration regulates amount of sleep you get helps establish a routine only side effect is strong drowsiness take at bedtime.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Situps pushups jogging. Works damn good.
- Caffeine Working / Worked
- Drink coffee everyday to boost concentration.
- Marijuana Working / Worked
- I love smoking pot and reading my bible, doing stretches, meditating, or strumming the guitar. For some it's a glass of red wine a day, for me it's a small dube of exceptional marijuana
