I can only imagine your pain. I too, am seeing my brother go through the extensive treatments for a brain tumor, he has Medulloblastoma, a rare brain tumor that is usually only seen in children. My brother is an adult. Know that my thoughts and prayers are with you!

Close Brain / CNS Tumors
Type: Othermy mother is 57 and dying of an inoperable brain tumor. She has a shunt. She will be one year into diagnosis 10/26/08 and I am starting to see her slowly slip away.
Treatments
- Chemotherapy Working / Worked
- Made her very sick-now on oral chemo
- Radiotherapy Working / Worked
- She had 30 sessions in three weeks-not much help
- Surgery Working / Worked
- had a shunt put in her brain and found out it is CNS Lymphoma
- Temodar Working / Worked
- not alot--she is starting to be in alot of pain
