I am a grand-ma to two wonderful children both with Hypotonia,neither of them can waik, Elle is 5 and Dylan is 3 they both have difficulty in speech but both try very hard. I work part time in a home for the elderly . I truly beleive that one day both of the children will walk and talk well enough for them to be independant poeople. We have very little knowledge of the propects for children with Hypotonia, it would help if we had more information about what the future holds for them.

Close Hypotonia
i am a grand-ma with two children with hypotonia and delayed motor development, They are brother and sister,I am trying to find out as much as i can about the condition all test so far have been clear e.g. chromaesome,genetic and brain scan.I would like to talk to anyone with children with the same condition and ask if they have been given any prognoseis for the future. Neither of my grand children can walk and they have trouble speaking.
