This morning I went and saw the sleep dr because I get extrememly tired in the afternoons and always need a nap. I figured my cpap pressure was off or something was wrong with me.
Well, he said that it's very normal for people to get tired around 2 pm in the afternoon. That's why other countires close down their shops from 2-4 pm so people can have their siesta. He said there is nothing wrong with taking a nap just try to take a shorter one 20-30 mins instead of an hour.
He said once I get my weight to under 200 then I should come back in and see if I even need the cpap anymore. Wouldn't it be SOOOO awesome not to need the cpap!? I think so!! So, 13 more punds to go and I will be undder 200. But I might still need it because I have a small throat.
I was so suprised. This sleep dr was skinny and looked healthy and he has sleep apnea. But the reason why is because he has a small throat so skinny people get sleep apnea too. That just really shocked me. So, in the mean time I will try and eat smaller portions, along with better foods and exercise and hopefully I can get under 200! ![]()






Yay for the nap mystery being solved! Maybe I wont beat myself up for napping anymore. :)
