  Thank you so super much for your support! I am taking baby steps and feeling a little better...I take Klonopin, but it tends to worsen my depression. Because of my mental health issues, I am on MediCal, and the shrink I have been assigned to is horrible...so that is an issue I have to deal with, because California is cutting services like crazy, and they won't let you switch doctor's at this time. But I am hanging in there, with the help of beautiful people like you! Thank you again. Baby steps! xoxoxoxxo Sherri

  Hi, I am not on too much either, am in a pretty bad place right now...getting lots more panic attacks, and I was doing so good, I could go to the grocery store by myself, which was a big deal.
