Close Lung Cancer

I have inoperable lung cancer, Stage 1.They found it during tests for a knee replacement I am taking radiation every day Monday[Friday and Chemo every Thursday. Surgery wasn`t an option as I would had to live on oxyden for the rest of my life

I find it hard to be positive when my Mom died of lung cancer at 68 7 months after they found it.I lnow treatments have some a long way and I am tellong myself I am going to win this battle.I just need a friend to vent with and there are no support groups for Lung Cancer in my area.
