I am back, and doing so much better so far. I have found a great theapist, and a new doctor to handle my medications. It is amazing what finding the right doctors can do for you. I actually have a second interview this Friday, it looks very promising. I owe everything to God. Now that He has had my attention, He is blessing me and my family abundantly,. Everyone hang in there!

MEds are messed up. I had the same problem on SSRI's. Like wellbutrin and paxil. I was moved to the Anti-convulsant family of meds (lamictol) and some natural chemicals... Lithium. Lithium is salt.
If you havent tried these two, then maybe its an option. I also take ativan for extreme mood swings and panic attacks, but only when needed. The ativan is like a safety blanket. You can go out and do what you want, but if you feel your mood shifting take one of them and 20 mins later ur good to go.
I dont know if this helped Mary. I hope it do.
BTW
I'm a Mary too. A Mary-Lou.
Nice to meet you.
feel better hun.

Thank you, I am taking wellbutrin, seriquil, and trazadone and zanax as needed. I go through times when I don't sleep, sometimes for several days. I know I am one of many people who suffer from this, I just can't exept that this is how this is the way the rest of my life is going to be.

I know this is a bit off the topic, but I am going to pass this on to everyone I have contact with. Please, take the time to pray for our country today. I know whats going to happen will happen, because the bible says it will, but we still need to pray for strenght and wisdom for the people running the United States.

Say a prayer for me, I am on a major bipolar high. The higher I am, the harder I crash. Thank you.
