Hy Doll1221 I did had a anxiety attack last week and on top of that I had a flare-up with gas+++ bloathing but I will sure ask my Dietition next Thursday ok I will let u kno GTG take care ok dont do to much.your friend Carmelle

Close Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
I get IBS with anxiety.
Treatments
- Acidophilus Working / Worked
- i use metamucil which helps to nrmalize the bowel.
- Imodium Working / Worked
- sometimes when going out i would have to take immodium which helps.
- Psyllium Working / Worked
- metamucil helps me by normalizing the bowel.
- Xanax Working / Worked
- i use .5mg xanax for anxiety associated with IBS.this helps but would like to use a non addictive med.
