      IA treatment for PTSD has also been found to be very effective in the treatment of sexual abuse. I recommend it for PTSD.

      It's amazing. I found it available on-line at WebEMDR.com. It's currently free.

    • Open Anxiety

      As part of sexual abuse, I had severe anxiety. EMDR, normally used in PTSD really helped with old painful memories that were under some of my anxieties.
