A true story
Lauren came home from Publix and started removing things from the bags in the kitchen. Mom and I were sitting in the family room relaxing. The kitchen is open to the family room with a counter/bar type deal set on a half wall. Mom has 2 hearing aids, only likes to wear one, and sometimes the batteries die or she forgets to turn it on.
Anyway,,,, Mom yells out “Hey Lauren what do you have there?” Lauren says “Shampoo.” Mom Yells “Turtles????”
I yelled “Turtles? What??”
Lauren “yea Turtles!”
