But I didn't write it, haha Teacher of exceptional students / many disabilities, / and students learnng English as a second language, mother, peace maker, seamstress, crafter, artist, daughter, activist for disabled students:/ persons with epilepsy, love animals, relaxing in nature, and cherish long time friends, still keep in touch with friends I've had for over 40 years!

mom getting surgery, hip replacement

She really needs this and it has been approved and set up for November 18. at very excellent hospital and then she will have rehab.

I am good and rested today just about to drss for Mass, I will pray for you Deeee & your Mother who just had surgery . Having surgery myself I know the road.I know how long recovery took for me now they say some recover real fast, but tell your mother just take her time. God Bless you both

My daughter presented with petite mal about age 13, was on depakote for 2 years and seizures were gone. then about age 20 or so she was having grand mal seizures and in the hospital 3 times in that year.

My sister died at the age of 31. She was my only sib. It was sudden, tragic. I raised her child, 4 months old at her death, until the age of 10 years old, when she died. My dad died in 95. Had a misscairage at about 4 months, Lost a beautiful caring friend very suddenly, she was only 50. My beloved little pomerainian died 2 years agao, I cried and cried, such a sweet animal. So many funerals, so little time.

Open Caring For Aging Parents
Dad passed away in 1998, and Mom lives with me, she is 82. Mentally alert, but sometimes forgets recent things, or doesn't hear it. She has arthritis , sciatica, high bloood pressure. She is my best friend. Also , my children, still live home.

Had it but did PT and lots of leg stretches, and still doing it at home, it's working for now.

Mom is 83 and getting a hip replacement. I had knee surgery and have some arthritis. i will put down the treatments she is on now but we are waiting for her surgery date.
