OK so it is Monday again which is update day This week m y weight loss has returned to it's not so glorious 1 pound or so, but at least it is still falling right? I go for my 1 year follow-up a few weeks early due to insurance issues on AUgust 26th. I really want to be as close to 200 as possible but all I can do is all I can do right? Anyway I have started riding s bike again, it is amazing how much easier it is without 139 extra pounds.......lol. My thighs burn like fire a bit but I know that is making them stronger. I weighed 208.4 this morning so I lost almost 2 pounds this week. Not glorious but great anyway. My bmi is now 29.9 so I am no longer obese, just overweight. This is the smallest I have ever been in my life I am happy.So here are my stats this week
