So today is my week 44 update. I have really been trying to be good this week and have been getting my protein in. Had to pick shakes back up, just 1 a day but it sure helps. If I have it for breakfast I am good to go till around 12 and then have lunch. I have even started adding 1 snack of cottage cheese and fruit to my day and have been able to not only acheive my daily protein requirements but also stay around 1000 calories or less. I am feeling very successful. I am going to start going back to the gym this week and try to find a toning class until my tailbone gets better. I have an appointment with the orthopedic specialist thursday and then on Friday I see the sleep lab again for a follow up on my sleep apnea. I probably will have to have another sleep study done so they can re evalute mycondition. I am hoping maybe it is gone but since I had apnea since I was little I am assuming not. So this morning I weighed 215.6. YEAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!
215 is what i weighed after I lost 25 pounds when I was 18. The smallest I have ever been in my adult life. That is an accomplishment I am happy but I dare to dream of getting under 200. I never thought it could happen but I am starting to let myself dream of the possibility. I am fast approaching my 1 year anniversary and I think that means I am fast approaching the end of weight loss. I will keep going and keep my fingers crossed that I can still get there. They say not to compare yourself to others but it is hard when there are so many here who have reached their goal weights by 6 months or it seems everyone by a year. I am not there yet so I get discouraged. Anyway here are my stats for this week. By the way last weeks weight gain must have been water it fell offso fast. I had a weight loss this week of 5 lbs. !!!!!!!!
