ok so today is my week 42 update. I am struggling at this point to not eat too much I do get hungry a lot. I am struggling with getting in my protein and eating too many carbs. I need to really focus my efforts and realize that I have a limited window of opportunity left. I am almost 10 months out and my honeymoon phase is over. I am still losing but very slowly 1 pound a week maybe 2 if I am lucky. I know my body is thinking it is where it wants to be, but I want it lower so I have to fight my own body for my own good.....lol. I need to keep going and I need to start exercising , toning up I have a lot of loose skin now. But on to the good news.
