Today marks week 29 for me. I had some weight loss this week, not a significant amount but pretty good. I weighed 242 last moday and today is 238.8 so a little over 3 pounds this week. Like I said not great but I am ok with it. This is a constant challenge. I now am facing a problem because the soy protein I finally found that I like has been discontinued so now I am back at square one as far as finding a decent protein is concerned. Today I tried making a protein shake with juice and the " unflavored (yeah right)" soy protein. It is pretty nasty but at least I am getting protein in. I am not happy with the calories or sugar in the juice but it is natural at least and I am hoping it will not make me dump. I believe I mentioned last entry that I finally had a dump from sugar, I thought I was gonna die, or at least I really wanted to die for a bit. So started out 29 weeks ago at 347 and today I am officially under 240 at 238.8. So I have lost 109 pounds. I still have quite a way to go but I am hopefull I will get there
