Today is my 20 week. I weighed 263 this morning. So 347 when I started and 263 today means a grand total of 84 pounds. I am happy with that. I finally made a positive step toward exercise. Yesterday I joined a gym and today I went and did a 1 hour body pump class, followed by a 1 hour swimnastics class. I am a little sore but not too bad. I will go again wednesday and do an areobics and swimnastics class. They also have a belly dancing class that I think would be fun, and yoga too. I know my weight loss is good and I did feel a difference in my ability already. I did get horribly dizzy during the body pump class but only when I would lay my head flat on the bench. If i had a pillow no dizziness. I am going to try several classes and hope I find the right one. I know I can do swimnastics and I really enjoy that so maybe I will just do 2 hours of that 3 times a week or more. I am excited to get going on my new routine and body.

OMG, you are so great!! Good for you for trying some new things. I wish my gym offered stuff like that. I just go to a 24 hour gym. So proud of you keep up the good work!!
