My Back Is Killing me this Morning and im going off my Monthly cycle.
I usually have three days a week of Physical Therapy Maybe,Just Maybe
It's starting to put some things Back into place Nerves and all ,Not sure but could be. It's More Like alot of Spasms and all and alot of straight pain at times .All the time Countiuning this Morning But i can say My back pain is now more subtle then it was ,Then Before I had my double Spinal Fusion June 6th of this Year. It's Much Better ! But I still hate the way it hate the way it feels though Today Yuck!!!

You are doing well after that spinal fusion surgery!! It's always risky with back surgery, but you gotta do what you gotta do!!
Glad the pain is less than it was. I'm glad you go to PT, that can be so helpful. I know it's helped me alot!!

Luv u Karen, Think I just wrote you, loosing my short term memory fast with this T. You better lay down today with a hot pad under your back. Need a hot tub, we all wish we had one huh?.. Be careful, do what your doctor says. luv u-shirley

I had a bad fall when I was a child and my shoulders are always so painful some days worse than others. Damp weather some how affects them. Don't try to do to much. Hope it feels better tomorrow. Hugs!!
