one day at time Mood
Sunday, September 21, 2008 | A General Update story

I  know anymore to take each day one day at a time i try not to plan ahead to much it gets to be to much and makes my anxiety to much.

i just do like Doctor Appointments and such accordingly ,i never do two in one day.

I tryed that before and ended up utterly exhausted the whole day just about.

And it did my blood sugar no justice at all .

So i learned when im out for a period of time to take a granola bar and some water,

with me so my blood sugar does not go to far out of whack making me feel tired.

So thats what i learned not to pack to much into one day lol..Karen in Delaware..

I went through a phase after my husband died of being busy from dawn until I dropped in to bed at night. I was too tired to properly grieve and I thought that was good. One day I came crashing down and it was not a good time for me. I think going until your exhausted just makes you ill. Glad you are taking it slower now. Hugs!!!
