About Me
I have Fibromyalgia, w/Lupus symptoms which makes my immune system weak. I also suffer with Acid Reflux, Bursitis, Arthritis , Degenerative Disc Disease, Meniere's Disease, IBS, Diverticulitis. I had Cervical Cancer when I was in my 30's, had a Hysterectomy, but they left the overies , which came out in my 40's due to cysts.I am a recovered Alcoholic/addict 1-30-99. God watches over me and directs me. I do not live in my illness , I choose to LIVE LIFE!! I am very positive, most of the time.I am married to my best friend since 7-7-78. He was my first & only love of my life! My husband also suffers with fibromyalgia from a back injury in 1999 & Degenerative Disc Disease. He is on disablity.He suffers with severe chronic pain! We help each other, and take it One Day At A Time! I have 2 grown sons. They are finding thier way out in the world, since hubby & I moved to a 55 & over community last year 08'. I miss them so much! I LOVE where we live now! We are 20 mins from the ocean & 20 mins from the country! What peace & serenity, just what we need with our health issues! I am on unemployment & plan to try and get SSD. I help take care of my mom 2xs a week and more when possible as they live 2 hours away. She has Parkinsons.

I love spending time my husband, and when its possible my sons.I love spending time with my parents & family .I love the wonderful spiritual connection I have with God, reading, cooking/baking, crafts of all kinds, sewing, computer, gardening, Church, learning new things, smiling, laughing, dolls, talking with my friends on here and f2f, Recovery, Spiritually Connected people, Animals, turtles, Life, Christian Music, Concerts, dolls, teddy bears, popcorn, cookies, fluffy marshmallows, childrens laughter, the smell of rain, turtles, bird songs, feeding the birds and squarrles, cheeriness of spring, the colors of fall, the colors in sunrises and sunsets shore in summers and snow in winter, Elvis, beanies, Thomas Kincade, Winnie the Pooh & Friends, Precious Moments, Ziggy, snowbabies, footbal( Miami Dolphins), baseball( Mets), Ballgames, meditation, Helping others, being a channel through God and living each day to it's fullest. Close Fibromyalgia
I've had fibromyalgia for many many years although was only diagnoised a few years back. I had a ruff summer and back to Dr's. I am pretty positive & keep God close! My pain level has been very high.

- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- was cooler water as hot tubs make me worse. It helped although they closed the place down
- Cyclobenzaprine Not Working
- had no change when i took this so went off it
- Cymbalta Not Working
- had head aches and mood swings
- Heat Working / Worked
- I live with my heating pad! have the marks to show it :(
- Neurontin Working / Worked
- is on it I am sure it will be raised more, use it also to get sleep at night

- has had this and it worked, will have it again >Gets it with heating pad place over it

I was diagnosed several years ago after a test where they put water in your ears , which isnt pleasant!! I suffer from the ringing in ears(tinnitus), dizzyness at time , loss of balance, and feeling of fullness or pressure in the affected ear and hearing difficulty
