Yep gained 2 pounds yesterday...... hummm could it be the Hardy's Monster Burger and Fries I had for dinner?????? Hummm let me think about that one for a while.... LOL
Yesterday was very busy. The weather is simply wonderful so I am trying to get the outside cleaned up and ready for winter. Took 2 pick up truck loads of stuff that has been sitting under the carport and in the shed to the dump yesterday. Trying to make a little more room so I can get the Iroc brought home and have a place for it while we work on restoring it. The heat of summer and my needing to stay inside in the A/C is over for another year.... time to get out and enjoy the great out doors.
In addition to taking 2 loads to the dump, Andy came over for a visit then my Son and his friend came THEN one of my girls came for some training THEN I took Nikki to cheer leading practice. This is why I ate out last night.... It was just too busy to cook. Of course I could have made a wiser choice then a Monster Burger. Think I'll go in and make a plan for tonight.... wonder what I can fix up ahead of time for dinner?
Filled the pick up back up with yard waste and am on my way this morning to the yard waste recycling center to dump it. This yard has always been wonderful with growth and produces at least 10 pick up truck loads of excess folige every year. Sigh I will probably be back to the yard waste recycling center 5 more times before its cleaned up again. Sigh..... my muscles are sooo sore but the MS is letting me do this right now so not going to stop. I am having to take it slow but hey its getting done.
The walnuts are falling all over the yard. We have 2 huge trees on either side of the house and I have started picking them up to sell. Think I'll buy myself a new outfit with the money I make from them.

I lost count of the calories yesterday. It was so busy. I had a very good physical day after starting out pretty bad.
Yesterday I pulled some of the grass from between the cracks in the driveway, ran out of hose and had to wait until today to finish. Put up the bamboo fence to cover the front part of the swimming pool and installed the border for the new flower bed next spring that also is on the front side of the swimming pool. Also pulled some of the weeds from the flower bed in the back yard and from around the chain link fence by the door off the driveway.
Today I'm going to take some of this yard waste to the recycling center and also a load of stuff from under the car port to the dump. Then I have a meeting with Kara for some extra training and after that taking Nikki to Cheer Leading School. Hopefully between it all, I'll get a nap in. It is suppose to rain this afternoon so I have to get as much outside stuff done this morning as I can.
So not sure how many calories yesterday but I maintained my weight loss and the scales still say 291.5 this morning so it wasn't too bad. Felt like I ate a lot but then again my intention was to eat at least 3,000 calories. With the increased physical activity my muscles are all very sore. After all I am doing all the lifting, pulling and walking carrying around about 146.5 in weights all over my body. So for now, who needs weight training? I have it. So I am supposing that as long as my MS will allow me to work outside there is a lot of stuff to do.
The Walnuts from both trees are down (well mostly some are still falling) so that is my project for the rest of the week. To get the Walnuts hauled off and sold. Then I'm buying a new outfit with the money... Yahoo!!!
UPDATED GOALS
1944 calories yesterday. Today I will bounce my calories up to around 3,000 to confuse my body. Its getting use to the 2,000 per day.
I don't think I slept an hour solid last night due to the leg cramping!!! Gesh I hurt.
