   Yep, I am in Louisiana....our humidity in summer is 90+ percent....I dress in thin cotton, drink lots of ice water, and stay in the AC as much as possible....The heat and humidity are awful....I'm much better off during our milder winters! HUGS to you!

   I live in Louisiana and its so hard on me. we were almost 100 today with the humidity at 82%.. I hurt all the time in this weather and summer is just starting .. live in north La. close to dallas. hugs
