I am new to sobriety. I had reached 90 days. then relasped last saturday. I lost my sponsor at the same time, she also relasped. back to step one. trying to find a new sponsor.
Treatments
- 12 Step Program Working / Worked
- i am going to be on step one for awhile.
- AA Meetings Working / Worked
- i am doing the 90 meetings in 90 days. this is something I was not doing before.
- Cold Turkey Working / Worked
- horrible experience. shakes. felt like I was turning inside out. felt like my skin was going to walk away with out me.
- Sleep Working / Worked
- when there is nothing else to be done, i figure take a nap. at least i dont have a bottle in my hands
- Willpower Not Working
- no will power whatso ever ..
