40 days today...yea me!!  Sure has flown by.  I think thats a good thing...in the past it seemed it took months to get this far...the not having urges is the best...I am so full of gratitude for that...have some thoughts of going but quickly pushed them away and no problem.

I do deserve to be happy and only I can make it happen.  It's been there all along, I have just made poor choices...now tho I am doing better and loving it.

Good 24 all, I'll take one for myself as well.
