Well, I tried to take a nap (waking up at 4a kind of makes a mid-afternoon nap necessary), but it only lasted an hour. And now I have a splitting headache. And I am puffier now than I was earlier. I posted in the Crohn's group about this, but My neck (under my chin, and on the sides of it) are very swollen and sore to the touch. When I swallow, it's tender. I can do it, it just hurts. I had my mom feel and she said it looks and feels swollen. I don't have a fever, but I am going to call my GI tomorrow as instructed and just let her know what's up. I am trying to stay positive, it's just hard trying tofind some good in all of this, ya know?
I hope all of you are having a fantastic weekend!

Hi, I was diagnosed with Crohn's over 10 years ago, was VERY sick for 4 years. I have now been healthy for 6 years, and want to reach out to others to try and help them. I changed my diet, and am cured of an "incurable" disease. I wrote a cookbook using the recipes that I used to heal myself. If you would like to know more, email me at migntiff@comcast.net
