Close Anxiety
Had an abusive childhood. Then you grow up seeing the world as a fearful place to be.I start having anxiety issues then panic attacks.Lately the anxiety and panic have been really bad except for the last two days- things have been much easier. have tried a couple of new things and have had good results. today i'm optimistic and looking forward to good times. that was two years ago, and now i have no anxiety issues at all. so great to be free of that life!!!

- 1/2 to 1mg a day has been very helpful.
