  well the trick is to view it as a continual process and not just within our life-time. Things will probably get worse before better because this social and financial system are pervasively corrupt. When the rot starts to be cut out however new things will grow. The remnants of what is here will linger and taint what does try to emerge and yeh it's a battle but it's a battle that will be won whether we're here to see it or not, it's not certain but it's far more likely than wht is happening now actually managing to survive and continue. People are getting fed up of it. I hate to always revert to the big picture - well, I don't - but I know it's not what most are used to (insert -oh that's terrible what bastards-) but it is all connected, it all comes from the same place. The people who assaulted my friends and your son had just as much chance as turning out like I did, or you did, had they been placed in a better environment.
  
  What we need is to support each other, not our government and institutions that have pretty much betrayed society forever.
  
  You should show your son the Zeitgeist films :P

  I was just wondering actually what was paticularly wrong.. sorry to hear that especially after my friends were assaulted only a few weeks ago. All we can do is work at the causes of this stuff. Poor education, poverty..you've every right to feel angry though,but these thugs are a direct product of a violent world. It's sad and I hope he's ok xx
