Was dx with Raynauds in 1973. Fingers and toes hurt in cold weather. Try to keep them warm and dry.

Open Seasonal Affective Disorder

Have had SAD for years. Figured out I had it before my docs. Realized when I went to the doc for depression the Apple Orchard was always in business. Figured out I always felt strange beginning in the Autumn. After thinking I was going insane I asked the doc if he thought I might have it. he said yes and told me about light therapy. Now when I feel so bad I just tell myself it's my diease and in March I'll start feeling better.

Open Diabetes Type 2

Dx in 1994. Pills first, then injections, then injections plus pills. Started on insulin pump. Love it. Works well when I do my part.
