About Me
I am a LPN and the charge nurse at a local nursing home. I live in the country on 2 acreas with my mother and sister. I am a member om TOPS and am the secretary. Trying to lose weight but it seems like I don't get very far with it. I lose some then gain again no matter how hard I try. I am physically limited to some exercises. Have bad knees so can't run or jump. I need all the emcouragement I can get

Interests
I like to spend time with family, go fishing and camping. I croquet, and sew when I have time. I go to church and to their activities. I do like to watch the Biggest Loser on TV. and also NCIS.

Close Obesity
I have been overweight all my high school days and since then. Have been made fun of so much it really damaged my self esteem. I juse need support to continue on my journey to lose weight.
Treatments
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- I am using WW diet but don't go to the meeting. It became too expensive. I now below to TOPS which the support does help
Close Diets & Weight Maintenance
I am doing my best every day to count my points with WW. I don't always make it but when I fail I just start again. I am going to TOPS group now for local support and that helps. I need to lose so much I often get discouraged but give myself a good talking to and get going again.
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- when I really pay attention it helps alot. I do without most the treats I crave such a chocolate
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- It really helps I try and eat half the portion I would normally eat
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I need to get back at it. I got sick and quit using my Gazell for a while and haven't forced my self to get back at it.
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- I did go to lWW about 5 wers ago and it does work if you keep a foos diary and count the points. I just didn't like it when I had to pay 12 dollars a week and have to pay even if you miss a meeting. Got too expensive for me. So I just use the points now and go on my own with the help of TOPS
