I have been steadily gaining weight since I was 17 and now weigh 250. My ultimate goal is to lose about 100 lbs, but for now I am just looking to get under 200. I have tried many weight loss programs but have trouble sticking to anything long term. I am determined to get healthy and happy, and I am ready for change!
Exercising feels like a chore to me. I need to find an active hobby that I can enjoy and do daily.
My goal is to incorporate as much health into my life as possible. Mind, body and soul.
