i am an amputee , having had both legs and both arms removed. I have only been out of the hospital for two weeks. So am looking for a lot of support and knowledge about what to expect from now now. Hopefully, it will also help my wife, so that she now how to care for me above and beyond what the doctors tell her, as they have never had to deal with a person like me everyday..

My prayers and thoughts are with you. Hang in there. Everyday that passes things get a little easier. I lost both my legs above the knees about a year and a half ago. I am 48 years old and didn't exactly want to have to relearn so many things. But I have come to embrace my challenges and find so much good that has come from something not so good.

hi hope you are feeling better.They gave me something called lyrica. Its for nerve damage and burning. I used to have the burning so bad befor my limb was amputated, now its not so bad the burning has went away thank God. My prayers are with ya please hang in there. linda
