Still have not met my first goal, one more pound to go. I just can't seem to get there but I have not been giving this my all. Today I have started a daily exercise routine. Leslie Sansone walking away the pounds. I find I can do the first one mile without having to stop. Yeah! I am doing the one mile walk (with weights) this week. Maybe next week I will move up to the two mile walk. If I just do it everyday I should make progress on my weight loss. So far I have lost 77 lbs from my all time high of 278 and 71 lbs from my pre surgery weight. My first goal is 200. I would like to be there by six months. My final goal is 135 and I would like to be there by 18 months or 12/31/09. I think that is about 2 lbs a week. If I get down to 150 I will be thrilled. Not sure what to do about all this extra skin that is already starting to hang. Should be able to tone some. I don't think surgery is an option - too expensive, too painful from what I have heard. Spandex maybe? Or just let it hang. The most important thing is that I feel so much better. I can breath easier and I can walk without pain and becoming too short of breath and my future health risks are declining exponentially.

I haven't lost weight in forever I am at a plateau and my hair is getting mighty thin. I think I am feeling pretty discouraged but mostly I am just tired. Too much going on. I was supposed to be 200 by Christmas. Maybe by Valentines Day.

you will get there. I have been very tired lately too and I am actually worried I may be anemic. My hair too is still falling out daily and I had really thin hair too begin with.Just remember I am here for you anytime you need me.
