only lost 3 pounds, weight keeps going up and down and hovering. But I LOST 3 POUNDS!!! I'll take it :-)
I have not heard from you for awhile. I hope all is going well. I am about 20 pounds away fromv"normal". I have the ugliest arms though...lol. How are you doing?

I had to postpone my surgery because of low staffing (I'm a nurse) but this time I am going forward no matter what! I owe it to myself and my family. I can find another job but I want to be around a long time to see my children settled and grow old with my husband.
