I am married to a wonderful police officer who puts his life at risk everyday. We got married in 2002 and have been trying for a baby ever since. I am blessed with 2 children from my prior marriage whom my husband adores and they love him to death. Now we would like a baby of our own and he wants the first baby that he holds to be his.

After 6 years trying I am still not ready to give up!!

My husband & I have been TTC for 6 years now. Had 1st IUI 8/30/08 with clomid & Novarel shot~BFN
Treatments
- Artificial Insemination Not Working
- Had 1st IUI 8/30/08 with clomid & Novarel shot~BFN. May try 2nd IUI in November.
- Clomid Working / Worked
- 50 mg cycle days 3-7. Did help, but gave horrible hot flashes and headaches.
- Folic Acid Working / Worked
- Take prenatals with folic acid currently.
- hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Too Soon to Tell
- 1st shot of Novarel. Had painful & red injection site, hot flashes and cramping but think it might help.
- HSG (Hysterosalpingography) Working / Worked
- Everything was okay with me.
- Ovulation Predictor Kit Working / Worked
- does show when I am ovulating but not helping to conceive.
