    Not feeling great today. I am tired from a long work week and I threw up after eating 2 oz of ground turkey meat and string beans. The turkey meat was too dry.

    Well, I am down approximately 77 lbs. but the last 5 are result of me having the worst cold I have had in years. I have started antibiotics - so, hopefully, I will start feeling better soon. The sugar-free popsicles are great right now.
