Going to start doing blogs and using them to market and promote my business. For my nutrition and weight management, I'll soon start a weight loss challenge which will consist of classes in nutrition and a competition in which participants can win money for losing pounds!!

I have once again let my work take precendence over my fitness goals and I'm more determined not to let it happen again. I was a bit anemic, since I stopped taking my nutrition seriously, so I'm starting afresh this week and looking forward to great things.
I did add one other physical routine to my plan - Dance Fitness!! It was great and added to be Aqua Aerobics, I should achieve my goal sooner than later.
I'm not overweight, but I do need to relieve this pressure on my knees by losing a few pounds.
