  Sorry I do not feel well ,my Colitis has returned...ugh! My Neighbor dale is home,I have not seen him,his wife said he is in alot of pain,tubes hanging out everywhere and he wishes he would have died in the op-room,cuz they did not see it before but he has nymphknots cancer and has to undergo more chemo therapie.Out of 5 nymphknots there are 3 cancerous.Poor guy ; ( It has a certain name for this kind of cancer ..but can't remember.How are you?

  I can understand where you are coming from in your way of thinking, and I am glad that you are focusing on the positive and trusting yourself to do the right thing. You have it under control Joyce. I am very proud of you. :)

  Thanks! No, I haven't been taking vitamins...I think I usually rely on all the fruits and veggies I normally eat to keep me energized and last week my food just got all messed up and then it just spiraled out of control from there. I think this is why I felt so sluggish...well, my mindset did not help either....maybe I was feeling depressed and just didn't see it for what it was?

  Sending some doggie kisses your way! I have to say that it is those doggie kisses that REALLY keep me going! I am blessed on a daily basis with this little girl. She is SUCH a joy in my life. I thank God for her daily. I also think about you and smile often when I get these doggie kisses too!
