Hi everyone this is the entry I'm going to have for several weeks (or months) I'm leaving this open for all to read. I find myself at the end of my rope and cannot cope any more...I'm off to seek help and get a little R&R from life. Don't worry about me I have a close and trusted team to help me thrugh this. I've got too many skeletons and ghosts to deal with...I have my marital separation...flashbacks...repressed emotional abuse that is all coming to the surface and I can't cope anymore. I want to be here but I feel an extended tour of our health system is in order right now. I made only one request and that was to be able to contact one person I trust with my life scaredandscarred. She will give you updates and answer any questions you might have. I feel as if I have failed you all in some warped mindset. This in turn manifests huge amounts of guilt. All I want is to be loved held and happy. One day I will find this I am so sure....I hold on to that ember of hope. To my dear sweet lady ...soul mate...love of my life ...I have promised you many things and those promises I hold dear to my heart as I hold you dear to my heart. For now everyone this is farewell....not goodbye...I'm tired and just need some rest. I'll catch up to you soon I promise.

Sweetheart, you haven't failed us at all. You are showing inspirational behaviour and being an example for the whole community. You are doing what you need to do to get better.
I understand why and whilst you know that I am going to miss you terribly you also know that I will wait for you and be there the second that you step out of the doors.
I know how hard you have been trying to get better on your own but now I know that you need a bit more help and I am proud of you for reaching out and getting that help

I know better than anyone (or as well as anyone) how much some time away can help you. I have just come back, and will miss you, but you need to get the help that you need. Do not worry about anyone else for a while, focus on you, and return to us happier and well :)
