Close Prescription Drug Abuse

Long story short. I was in treatment for adderall abuse. Clean for almost a year. Started taking phentermine for weight loss, liked the high it gave me, thought adderall would be cheaper and help weight loss more. Thought I could control myself. Not even close!! I've been taking 60-160mg a day plus caffine pills and any other pill to kick it in more for over a year. I'm just worried what it's doing to my body. My side effects are bad mood swings, amsomnia, depression, and many more. I have a real hard time stayin awake during the day and have ADHD. I'm loking for a medication that keeps me awake during the day, helps me focus, and decres.my appitite. I work out 3-4 times a week and eat healthy, I'm just always hungry and binge on food. Any helpful ideas???

My father had melanoma and is now in his 4th month of chemo. What can I do to support him and give him hope. He used to be a body builder and has a great business. Now he never gets out of bed and never eats. Any advice??
