      my son, zayden, was born on 6-14-08 and passed on 7-21-08. He was 5 weeks old. He was born with tetrology of fallot and pulmonary atresia, which are heart defects.

      I lost my 5 week old baby on jul 21 08. He was born with a heart defect and made it through surgery great but had many complications and in the end did not make it. I love and miss him SO much!
