Close Lupus
I was diagnosed back in 1998. I'm doing ok when I'm not stressed. Work, winter, stress, and chemicals trigger my flares. Not fun.
Treatments
- Celebrex Not Working
- Never helped me.
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked
- I use it for immediate relief when I have a flare up.
- Plaquenil Not Working
- Never seemed to work for me. They said for me to use it and eventually it will. Maybe it me but it never seemed to help in the long run.
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- It works when I need it. Its been rare for me to use it lately since I've been out of work my lupus hasn't flared up as much.
Close Rheumatoid Arthritis
I was diagnosed with this around 1998. It usually triggers when I do strenuous or repetitive activities. It affects my hands, knees, feet, and whatever my body feels it wants to make feel crappy that day.

- Doesn't work for me.
- Hydroxychloroquine Somewhat Helpful
- Hasn't worked at all for me.
- Ibuprofen Working / Worked
- This works for me for immediate short term relief.

- Hasn't worked at all for me.

- Works for long term relief
- Tylenol Not Working
- Never worked for me. I think i built up an immunity towards it.

I've been in interracial relationships for years. I've had ups and downs with some people. I'm currently dating someone and its great not hearing bs or anything racial from his family. With my ex husband it was a problem and no that is not why we aren't together. Anyways I'm here cause I wanted to join a community that would be understanding ;)
