I decided to rearrange my membership in support groups and member groups. I found that things weren't as accurate as I would like, so I changed the level of detail committed to each group. I also found that I was a "member" of some groups that had not posted anything in months or even groups I never really looked at too much... So I tidied that up, too.
Today might be better than yesterday, and that's all I ever hope for, every single day.
I was supposed to have my mom over for brunch. When I was going to sleep last night, I had that terrible feeling I wouldn't be able to get out of my jammies let alone cook and clean and all that jazz. So I had some energy drink and I've been up, but not really about or up AND at'em. You know. Anyways, instead of cooking, my mom's bringing a pizza! Woo!
Going back to the DS clean-up subject.... I didn't know until I saw it this morning on another member's profile, but there is a loneliness support group. I really hope I can benefit from the discussions there, too.

I need to update my journal, I have been feeling verry bad lately and it does help to write. I am finding that when a support groupis to big, you don't get enough out of the experience to make it a positive therapy. I might look into the lonliness group also.
