I have 5 pounds to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yesterday I struggled to get up. Had a pretty bad ache over my entire back which is kind of atypical of my back pain.. Anyways, may have something to do with the stupid migraine I had the night before. So anyways. I didn't work out.
TODAY however... I got up. The can of red bull is now more of a symbol, a test even, staring at me and saying, "You had better save this up for a time you might really need it, but today I can see that you are going to wake up on your own strength." At least that's how I like to look at it. So I got up. Bam. Then I put on my shoes. Had some water/koolaid so I could sweat a little... (I'm now sweating a LOT!)... Put on the dvd player...
I completed one 5-minute warm up session. I advanced from there to the Level 1 Cardio which is a 20-minute session. Of this, I completed 8 minutes and 30 seconds. I have finally broken my 10-minute barrier!!! I did 13 straight minutes today! I only took about a 5 second breather in there for another sip and because I had to watch the moves to figure them out... hehehe... I am so excited!! It's working!
