Yesterday I didn't want to get up at all. I stayed in my jammies most of the day. I just hung out on the internet most of the time, too. I didn't do my exercise dvd! I'm counting it as a day of rest.
The reason I feel secure in saying this is because I took that day of rest and then TODAY I got up without the aid of the energy drink and when my alarm went off to go work out, I obeyed the signal and just went and did it! I did all 10 minutes again. This time I ALMOST got through completely non stop. I was lagging by a few seconds at a couple of points. No big deal.
The other thing I wanted to note (again, as I noted it in facebook) is that yesterday afternoon, I decided to participate in an activity completely solo and independently made the choice to do something for pleasure and for fun. I played some rock band drums!!! Not only did I decide to play for fun, I accomplished something huge -- I completed "Green Grass and High Tides" 95% on medium level drums, scored over 300,000 points, and also achieved a new "longest note streak" at 670 notes (previously 508 notes) !!!!!!!! Yeah!! I'm just SO proud of myself for gaining energy, being able to get up without the red bull if I need to, deciding to have some FUN and do something I can be interested in, and I am making some serious clear progress.
