Alright, it's working!
It is day 4 of my personal Biggest Loser exercise program. I am getting sore in different places every day. Today was VERY challenging to get out of bed because my joints were aching a bit, my back was hurting, and I had already hit the snooze button, woops. But I got up within the 8 o clock hour (barely, but I did!) finished a few gulps of rock star, and got my shoes on.
ProFiction and I completed another 10 minute session together! Woo! Because of my aches and because of the energy drink and because I was so sleepy still, it was definitely a challenge... but I still faced it. I didn't match the dvd step for step, but if one thing was making me feel like my heart was going to explode or my legs were going to buckle under me, then I just switched to a different part of the activity or at the very least took big high-knee'd marchy steps until I had enough energy to move on and sync up again with the video.
After that, we had breakfast. A tiny bit of potatoes, scrambled eggs, a banana and some peanut butter. And koolaid, delicious koolaid.
While I was snoozing, my beau was busy cleaning up the apt! Clearing and reloading the dishwasher stuff, a load of laundry, and de-cluttering the living room. When he does these things, it doesn't make me feel bad anymore. It makes things easier for me to get more motivation -- it's like I see that it doesn't have to be overwhelming! I have a lot to do in the next week for when my maid of honor comes to visit, then the week after that my old college r00mie! Woo hoo!! When I have something to look forward to it also makes things much easier. I can do it........... yes yes yes!
