since I updated this goal. My email alert said it's been 3 weeks. Only 3??? Hard to believe. Anyways. Here's what's happening.
It's freakin cold and terrible outside. I am fighting a sinus infection. My depression has been worse. The holidays were super hectic. I have excuses. I hate that I have them, but being sick is a great reason not to go out in the terrible cold. So my beau and I have not been walking.
I have, however, been taping Sit and be Fit from the local public channel. I've even watched it and done things along with them a few times!
Anyways. I got weighed at the doctor's visit. 166 pounds. I was very upset. I told my mom and she said the doctors ALWAYS are heavier but not to get discouraged. My home scale now reads 154. I'm going to go with that.
I need to do things. I really like the tv commercials for Crunchless Abs. I wonder if I can find it on youtube.... lol
I have about 4 months to my goal! AHHHh!
Oh yeah! I've been making healthier food! We've been eating delicious salds... with LIGHT dressing!! Yeah!
I just need to move about more. and OMG I just looked up out the window... it is a blizzard right now. Nuts.
