Here I am, one week remaining for the FLYlady habit.
I have been checking my emails ALMOST every day. Due to my sinus infection and not really being able to breathe and coping with the nyquil fog all last week, I let a lot of things slide. I want to make sure I set things right in the last days of this month by doing my swish n swipes and staying on top of my daily lists, trying to fit in the zones, and I might even shine my sink today or tomorrow!
ANYHOW, here's the TaDa list collection.

got up before 11
ate decent food
felt pretty good about the habits ive picked up

got up 10:15 without an alarm
cried a lot, stayed in my jammies the whole day, ate a bag of microwave popcorn for lunch

put the slipcover back on the couch

organized the living room a bit more
read the first entries in a very healthy book that my mom gave me
in trying to make dinner, i ended up dumping some into the sink, then, flustered, bumped a brand new wine glass and shattered it into the food in the sink, and just can't stop crying and am so overwhelmed with negative thoughts! halp.
