I've been doing close to nothing lately... Beau and I stopped our evening walks because we had a lot going on. The habit didn't get set so now it's kinda gone.
I made a list of 10 habits I want to pick up over the course of the next 10 months (while we're getting ready and planning our wedding) so that when we're married I will be an all-around better person.
In my attempts to get back on track, I recorded a fitness show off the TV yesterday and I'm going to check it out. Maybe I just need some more guidance to stay focused. Hopefully the TV show personalities will be interesting and strong enough to keep me going!
AND for unknown reasons, I've dropped a couple of pounds over the last ??? weeks. Probably the last few I'll eek out from being off the mirtazapine. Every bit counts though!! Woo!
I now have only 10 pounds to go in the next months... then maintain it and improve my overall health.
