So this was my second week, second weigh-in since starting Scottish Slimmers. And I have lost: 1,5 pounds this week! Despite a chocolate binge AND an unplanned bottle of wine.
I am liking the sound of that! That brings my total weight loss to 9 pounds in 2 weeks!
Today I got some healthier option chocolate bars, very low in calories, and not so big either. I know this week is going to result in cravings, so I'm prepared and have planned fairly healthy meals to counteract possible unhealthiness *nods*
Also: My friend won a photoshoot session with a photographer in London! She could bring two friends, and I am one of them, and I am so excited! We leave in April and I would *love* to have lost 16 pounds by then. So I am gonna keep myself motivated untill then, and hopefully I will look fantabulous in the photos! :)
