acid reflux is indeed horrible,it has been my constant companion now for over 20 years,so i know what you are going through,it can be cured if a cause can be found,but as you might guess mine has no particular cause ,so it is meds for life for me,i hope you don't have to go through all that i have been through all these years,it can take over your life sometimes,,,i haven't heard from Chris(oldlife)for a couple of months,he has removed me from his friends list,so i don't know what is happening with him,i know he was doing well at the gym,and was pleased with his efforts the last time i heard from him,so i am hoping he is well enough now to not need a support group,but it would be nice to know wouldn't it,i hate it when people just vanish without a word,look after yourself ,love and hugs,Helen.

Close High Blood Pressure
recently I was diagnosed as having hypertension. At first I thought it was a death sentence since no one in my family has it. I then became aware of any ache and pain in my body especially my left side. The big word stroke keeps haunting me although I have a friend who has it and swears she lives a normal life. For me everyday I am scare of doing the wrong thing.
Treatments
- Enalapril Working / Worked
- At first they tried tritace but that did not work so they gave me enalapril which causes me to be light headed. Naturally I dont want to go anywhere alone.
Close Dizziness & Vertigo
Nothing much to tell, Doctor said I have tinnitus so most definitely I have vertigo.
